Most of our tour routes and tour stops are wheelchair and baby stroller friendly and accessible. Please inform us in advance in order to ensure the wheelchair and/or stroller is accommodated. For guests who are hearing impaired, a written script of the narration will be available upon request.

Our tours will be held rain, snow or shine. Please check the weather before departing for your tour & dress appropriately. In the case of inclement weather, we make arrangements to go inside many of the stops along the tour. We recommend jackets & umbrellas in the fall/winter. We have a limited supply of ponchos or umbrellas available to use.

You should bring with you a camera and a small bottle of water. When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body, a visor/hat and a lightweight pair of sunglasses. During the cooler seasons it’s important to wear an extra layer of clothing and consider bringing gloves and a scarf. If it looks like rain we can provide you with a plastic rain poncho or umbrella.

At this time, we do not offer regular tours in any other languages except English. If you would like to book a private tour, we are able to provide an interpreter.
