Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Private Group Tour Sales:

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for private group tours, including corporate outings, team-building events, client appreciation events, and celebratory gatherings.
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and relationship-building with local corporations, businesses, and organizations.
• Create customized sales proposals and presentations to showcase the value of our experiences for group events.

2. Build and Nurture Client Relationships:

• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and returning private group clients, delivering exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Develop long-term relationships with businesses, meeting planners, and community organizations to secure repeat and referral business.
• Provide tailored recommendations to clients to ensure their event goals and expectations are met.

3. Collaborate on Marketing and Outreach:

• Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at promoting private group tours and corporate experiences.
• Represent Indulge Boise at local networking events, expos, and community gatherings to build brand visibility.
• Share client success stories and testimonials to strengthen our reputation as Boise’s premier provider of culinary group experiences.

4. Contribute to Operational Success:

• Partner with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of all private group tours, coordinating logistics and special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activity to track progress toward revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in event planning, hospitality, or tourism.
• A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and partners.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• A passion for food, culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Familiarity with the Boise market and local businesses is a plus.
