Producer Anna Silver spent the morning with us on a shortened version of our Historic Downtown Boise Food & Cultural Tour, tasting her way through several of the local spots that make downtown’s food scene worth exploring. Along the way, she learned how each of our partner restaurants sources ingredients locally and how their stories connect to Boise’s history.
For a small, locally owned business, coverage like this is a big deal. The #MadeInIdaho series exists to spotlight Idaho companies building something here at home, and being chosen meant our guides, our partner restaurants, and the guests who’ve supported us since 2015 all got a moment in the spotlight.
