Tours run 2 to 3.75 hours depending on the experience. Walking routes are short and flat — typically a half-mile to about 1.5 miles — with at least two sit-down stops. Most reasonably active guests handle them comfortably, though you should expect to be standing or walking for much of the tour.

You’ll meet your local guide 15 minutes before start time, then walk a short, flat route (often under one mile) to four or more partner restaurants for tastings. Between stops, your guide shares stories about Boise’s history, architecture, and food scene. Tours last about 2 to 3.75 hours and blend eating, walking, and local storytelling.
