Yes. Alcohol samples are optional, and non-alcoholic alternatives are part of the experience. The tours are built around food, history, and culture, so guests who don’t drink still enjoy the full experience. Let your guide know your preference and they’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Most Indulge Boise tours include a drink tasting, and several offer optional alcoholic beverage samples at two to three stops. The Boise River Urban Wine Trail Tour centers on expert-led wine tastings. Water is available at many stops, but we suggest bringing a bottle to stay hydrated, especially in warm weather.

Yes, when we know in advance. Enter any restrictions — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies — in the notes when you book, or call us. We’ll coordinate with the restaurants to make substitutions whenever possible, though we can’t guarantee every accommodation. Please tell us about serious allergies directly so we can plan safely.
