BLOOD ORANGE SPICY HOT WINGS

BLOOD ORANGE SPICY HOT WINGS RECIPE PROVIDED BY OLIVIN AND INDULGE BOISE
2 to 3 Pounds Medium Chicken Wings
12 Tablespoons of Olivin Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of Tequila
1/2 Cup of Fresh Lime Juice
6 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons of Honey
2 Tablespoons of Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin
Sliced Carrots and Celery (optional)
Ranch and/or Blue Cheese Dressing for Dipping Sauce
Heat 3 tablespoons of Olivin Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken wings in small batches for 5-7 minutes on each side (or until golden brown). Remove wings from skillet and set aside. Drain the skillet.
Place the tequila, 9 tablespoons of Olivin Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, chili powder and cumin in same skillet. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Add wings and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low stirring occasionally for 25 minutes or until sauce is thick and wings are fully cooked.
Serve with sliced carrots, celery, and other assorted vegetables with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
